How to Install Joomla Live Help Module?
1.Download Joomla Live Help Module
2.Install the Module in Joomla Admin Panel
OPEN: Joomla Admin Panel -> Extensions -> Install -> Upload Package File:
upload mod_livehelp.zip
3.Copy 123 Live Help Client
Copy 123 Live Help client folder from <123livehelp server installed directory>/html and rename it to <Joomla root directory>/livehelpclient
4.Integrate 123 Live Help with Joomla
Open 123 Live Help Admin Panel -> Preference
1).Click Integrated database
Change Database Type to "URL"
Change Auth URL to <Joomla root directory>/modules/mod_livehelp/login_chat.php?username=%username%&password=%password%
2). Click System Settings
Change Live Status File Path to <Joomla root directory>/livehelpclient/
5.Configure 123Livehelp Module
OPEN: Joomla Admin panel -> Extensions -> Module Manager -> 123Livehelp -> configure "Client location" to <Joomla root directory>/livehelpclient
Login
123 Live Help
No Operator online,leave a message
123 Flash Chat
There are chat connections.
There are logon users.
There are chat rooms.
